3 month program
This is the introductory option which has minimal investment in time and money and will get very positive results. We will cover the 4 basic principles of living optimally: Nutrition, Body and Movement, Emotional Health and Relationships. There will be guidance as to how to use self-healing techniques to create the life you want to live. This is not a personalized option, but still effective if followed.
