For as long as I can remember, these have been qualities within myself that I have known on a very deep level and they continue to grow and change, taking form in many ways. Life has guided me to share these gifts and attributes in many forms, which is why I am here today.
Through the utilization of food as medicine, herbalism, plant spirit connection, medical intuitive guidance, cacao, I am here to help bring others into coherence with their heart- their Spirit. I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves and with proper guidance, we are able to do this. The foundation of health in what you feed your body, what you eat on a regular basis, the quality of water you drink as well as the emotions you feel, the people you surround yourself with, the environment you live in, the music you listen to, the air you breathe. Everything plays a role in overall vitality and health and each aspect of this needs to be addressed to bring the inner into a state of coherence with peace, joy, love, presence and gratitude.
