Events & Gatherings
Let’s gather
Let’s gather together, be held in nature and reclaim our inherent power through spending time with plants, trees, rocks and the elements.
Let’s gather together, be held in nature and reclaim our inherent power through spending time with plants, trees, rocks and the elements.
Have you ever wondered what might happen if you became quiet enough to truly listen?
Not simply learning about a plant, its properties, actions, or traditional uses, but sitting beside it. Spending time with it. Noticing its shape, its scent, its presence. Allowing yourself to become still enough to experience the plant in a different way.
For as long as humans have lived alongside plants, we have learned from them. We have watched where they grow, noticed how they change with the seasons, worked with them as food and medicine, and turned to them in times of healing, ceremony, and transition.
There is a kind of knowing that comes through this relationship.
A knowing that asks us to slow down, step out of the thinking mind, and return to the simple practice of paying attention.
In these plant meditation circles, we gather to explore this way of being with the plants.
Through gentle guided meditation, we will settle into the body, quiet the mind, and spend time in direct relationship with a plant. Rather than being told what the plant means or what it has to teach you, you will be invited to listen for yourself.
You may notice sensations in the body, emotions, memories, images, words, or subtle impressions. You may simply experience a feeling of quiet or connection. There is no right way for a plant to meet you, and there is nothing you need to make happen.
The practice is simply to become present enough to notice what is already there.
Over time, this kind of listening can deepen our relationship with the natural world and help us become more attentive to the quiet language of the living things around us. It can also begin to shift the way we relate to plants themselves.
Instead of approaching a plant only for what it can give us, we begin to approach with curiosity.
Who are you?
What can I learn by spending time with you?
What happens when I listen before I ask?
This is a practice of relationship, reciprocity, and remembering that we are not separate from the natural world. We are part of it.
And we practice together.
These circles are a place to gather with others who feel drawn to plants, healing, and a deeper relationship with the earth. There is something beautiful about sitting with the same plant and then hearing the many different ways each person experienced it.
No previous experience with meditation, herbalism, or plant communication is needed.

Are you feeling called to connect more deeply with the plants?
Have you ever wondered what might become possible when you quiet the mind, open the heart, and truly listen?
The plants have their own wisdom, language, and presence. When we slow down and attune ourselves to the natural world, we can begin to notice the subtle ways they communicate, guide, teach, and support us.
Join us for an evening of connecting with the spirit and wisdom of the plants through gentle, guided meditations. Together, we’ll create space to quiet the mind, awaken the intuition, and listen with the heart.
This is an invitation to explore your own relationship with the plant world, discover what the plants may have to share with you, and deepen your connection to the natural world around you.
We’ll also gather in community with other plant lovers, seekers, and curious hearts. No previous experience is needed. Come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to listen.
What to bring:
Your journal for recording any messages, insights, dreams, or teachings that arise.
Come attune to the plants and hear their whispers.
