Knowing your local terroir is a traditional way of connecting with the land. It’s understanding the medicinal plants that grow around you, in your backyard, and learning how to use them. Developing a relationship with these plants can deepen your sense of place and strengthen your connection to yourself & the land.

Join us in a sacred space of connection, intuition, and deep listening with this guided online Plant Spirit Meditation. This experience is an invitation to slow down, attune your senses, and enter into relationship with the subtle intelligence of the plant world.
Through gentle grounding practices and guided visualization, you’ll be led into a meditative journey to meet a plant ally. Whether you are new to plant spirit communication or already walking this path, this journey offers a space to receive insight, guidance, and energetic support directly from nature.
Together, we will open a field of reverence and curiosity, allowing the plant to reveal its teachings in a way that is uniquely personal to you. You may receive symbolic imagery, emotional clarity, physical sensations, or a quiet sense of knowing. There is no right or wrong way to experience this; only your own authentic connection.
This session is ideal for those seeking deeper connection with nature, intuitive development, or support in their healing journey. Come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to listen. Bring your journal and a cup of tea made of the plant you’d like to journey with.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, expanded, and more deeply connected to the living wisdom that surrounds and supports you.
