Come join us as we learn from and about the plants. These are simple guided meditations to access the intelligence of your heart and to open to the wisdom of the plants. It is also a space to build community with like-minded plant lovers. Come as you are, no prior experience needed.
Bring a cup of tea brewed with the herb you’d like to learn from and your journal for recording the teachings.
Maybe light a candle, have an altar setup, cleanse your space with clearing herbs such as sage, palo santo, copal, mugwort. Maybe bring tarot or divination cards for further guidance, support and clarity.
Recordings will be available. Zoom link sent upon registration.
