This bar is made with the intention to support us through the longer days of darkness with ease. The body, mind and spirit are assisted with many avenues of support throughout this winter season. It can be felt in the heart, softening it to embody more love while building resilience in the nervous system to handle the vulnerability of the heart’s opening. The energetics provide a safe space for bringing light to the internal self so it can be felt within as well as radiated outward.
