Ingredients
Chicory root, dandelion root, burdock root, bacopa, ginkgo, gotu kola, holy basil
This blend was initially created to help heal the brains of those with Traumatic injuries (while working as a retreat chef to help heal them). It has become a best seller by the injured and non-injured communities, so I decided to offer it to everyone.
Clarity helps to do exactly what the name of it says, bring clarity to the mind. It brings oxygen to the brain, supplies antioxidants, clears the auric field as well as supports the health of the gut to nourish the brain-gut axis.
Clarity is a great alternative to coffee, with no caffeine and herbs to support the system instead of deplete it. So if you like the depth of flavor of coffee, the ritual of it as well as the benefits of herbal tea blends, then this mix would fit perfectly into your daily routine. It is slightly bitter, like coffee, and tastes great with a bit of milk alternative (or whole, raw milk) and a touch of honey, maple syrup, monk fruit or whole, green leaf stevia.
Recommended serving suggestion
1 heaping spoonful per cup of hot water
